Please help! Harmonic balancer question

1. Can I drive without it?

2. I was told a toyota supra would have the same harmonic balancer but what year would the supra have to be because I found one at a pull a part near me but its a 1986
will it work inside the lexus?

Question 1. YES but you are not going to got charge to your battery nor a waterpump to push coolant also most a\c is driven off of it too. So yes but u will blow the motor.

Question 2. maybe if your supra and the lexas has the 2jz engine in it (2jzge or 2jzgte or 2jzgtte) this is your mkIIII supra's.
