Cobalt LT headlight wiring

I just bought some Halo headlights for my 08 cobalt lt and the main wires are a direct plug in but to light up the actual halo ring and the led's you have to wire up the extra wires. I am not sure which wires should go where and i just want to see if anyone has done this before and could help me out. Thanks
