Transmission Help

I have a 99 jeep grand cherokee laredo 4x4 4.0L v6.
My transmission is acting up. When sitting at a red light it starts to "buck". It seems like it trying to shift to the next gear, It feels like it wants to go forward. I have to really push down on the break to stay in place. I checked the fluid level and it seems a little high. Help?

try to check the transmission mount I ahve this problem before and I replace the mount transmission and fixes the problem , also check the drive shaft u joints this can cause this problem too good luck dornier34
