Re: 2001 2.0 Jetta with 5 codes????
Welcome to the wonderful world of VW's CEL's. The p0420 is a Catalyst/O2 sensor issue which make the other codes related. I would first clear the codes and see if they show up again and if they do have them read via VAG-COM. VW has a catalytic converter recall on some Jetta's during that year. You may want to check with a dealer and see if yours is on the list. Cats are about $1000.00 at the dealership. Here is a link to read CEL codes. Good luck.
