1998 Durango - Need help removing power steering high pressure line

I need to replace the power steering high pressure line/hose on my 1998 Durango. I can get the lower end of the hose unthreaded, but the end that goes into the pump, I can't get it to budge. Does anyone have any advice to offer on this? Am I just not turning the wrench hard enough? Any tips on the best position? I've tried to hit this from the top of the engine, from underneath, and even from the wheel well. Exactly what size wrench do I need? I know this sounds crazy, but I just can't get it off. Thanks for your help.

if you can cut the line as close to the pump as you can. then use a socket & ratchet

That's a great idea, inafogg. I managed to get it off. No special tricks or anything. Just needed to get the right angle from underneath to give me enough leverage to break the screw. Thanks for your reply.
