and wtf is under the scoop? i thought thats where the intercooler was supposed to be, but that doesnt look like one

Turns out i know the guy that used to own that car and have dragged against it. It has carbon fiber hood, bov, sti turbo, full exhaust *downpipe,header, cat back, and test pipe* and a ecu flash.

BAD NEWS:
when i test drove clutch was slipping as soon as it would make boost,the revs would fly but no accleration dealer is supposed to be fixing it they are gonna put a 6 puck back in it tho which is good, car makes 450ish hp and 450ish ft lbs of torque the guy is getting me the dyno sheet .

STi's are all 6 speeds.

Either way, it looks like a fun car! Be careful with the 5 speed trans as they are known to snap with decent power unlike the much stronger STi 6 speed transmission. Let us know how it all turns out.

If you intend on DDing it I would stray away from the pucked clutch.

Car makes roughly 400is HP, as for dogging it, it will be my DD so alittle highway fun from time to time thats it. The fairlane is the drag/dog car

and that 6 puck is a bitch.....

You'll be replacing the clutch again in about 10k miles. Next time go with a nice full face.

They are gonna put a full face in it, now onto power upon further research car is making closer to 350ish hope the stock wrx clutch will hold up

Nice car. Get some RA or PPG gears so the legos dont break inside the tranny lol. And donw blow a ringland because those cars are the biggest PITA to tear apart and work on. My friends wrx has been down for almost 2 months because its such a weird motor to work on

On another note my other friends sti is still alive and kickin at 320whp, so just take care of it and dont push it too hard and it should last, even though the wrx had no reason to blow at just 18psi and 230whp. Ill blame it on owner abuse lol

Vids will come, according to a some guys on wrx forum the stock clutch will handle the power the actual dyno #s were 327hp 416ft lbs of tourque. They are starting out a 13,990 out the door but we gonna talk $$$$ later.
