Alarm Malfunction

I have a 2000 Honda CR-V and I have purchased two new remotes to unlock car. Both were puchased and programed by a dealer. I push the unlock button twice before opening door and sometimes the alarm still goes off. I would like to know what to do next? Thanks Mark

I would go back to the dealer that programed the remotes.
