The car was sitting for about 6 weeks because of bald tires. Oil needed to be changed when it started sitting. I changed the oil 12/21 and started it started fine ran it for a couple minutes and turned it off. An hour later i was going to use the car and it then wouldn't start. Its just makes a whir, whir, whir, whir, whir, sound trying to turn over so i dont think its a bad battery or the starter. Please let me know if any other details can help.
