I had recently changed my timing belt and when I had it off I turned something I can see the marks to postion the cams but I took off the crankshaft pulley and I put it back on and see marks on it too ... to alghn it my question is can that pulley be put on anyway or does it just go on one way (I hope someone can understand what I mean) if I didn't put it on in the same place i took it off from the marks would be wrong.

Re: 1998 Isuzu Rodeo 2.2 crankshaft pulley
Most engines have a key slot in the crank pulley that matches up with a key in the end of the crank.
