When driving at 40 mph there is sometimes a rubbing noise that can be heard from the Front Passenger side. It is intermitten so is hard to recreate in the present of an Master Technician. Any ideas??
Also having some transmission issues at high speeds, but I don't think they are related.(Surging/or appears to be in between gears at 50-60 mph when it should be in OD) |

Re: 2002 Envoy SLE 4WD Rubbing Noise Front End
Both these conditions are nearly impossible to diagnose in this environment. The surging could be engine or trans related, this requires someone to road test the vehicle. Just about the same with the noise. A wheel bearing comes to mind for the noise, but vague guess work only here.
