Forcing The Engine Down To Get Work Clearance
I need to remove the crank center bolt on my 1995 1.3 L automatic. I loosened the two upper bolts on the passenger side motor mount but the engine doesn't drop without hammering on the lower part of the motor mount. Can I take the bolts all of the way out and will the motor drop or have to be forced? Anything that can be damaged, or needs to be disconnected?
Thanks. f100. |

Re: Forcing The Engine Down To Get Work Clearance
You need to put a jack under the engine to counteract gravity, shouldn't need to force anything.
