Need help identifing intake manifold

I have a three two-barrel cast iron intake manifold that I can't identify. It has the number D1 and 571145 on it. Can anyone tell me how to identify which car it belongs to?

A picture would be very helpful, as 3x2bbl set up was used by several manufacturers.

Did a quick google and the casting number refers to a Olds J2 manifold 57-58, rare piece.
