Its trying to tell you something is wrong. If it comes on as soon as you start the vehicle than something is failing the self test right off the bat. "resetting" will not work.

Lamp fault code 33 Passenger side air bag module circuit high resistance or open. It is possible a fuse has blown. Or there is a wire with corrosion or worse of all, the air bag module is faulty
