Constant fast bing noise
Hey guys, I am having a problem with my battery staying charged and I think aware of problem but dont know whats causing it. When the car is turned off and i open the door there is a fast alarm going on inside the vehicle. when the door is shut, the alarm goes off. No interior or exterior lights are one but something is cause the alarm and I am affraid of whatever it is is constantly drainging power but when door is open is sending the bing bing bing noise. Any idea, I have never noticed one being this fast in the chimes. Thanks gents and happy holidays

updating this post. When i take fuse number 18; which controls the radio, instrument panel and ac control module; the alarm turns off. My assumption is maybe there is a wire crossed within there. If anyone can shed some light into what might be causing that it will be greatly appriciate it.

![]() You do have the right idea removing fuses to trace the source of the draw however, you need to actually measure the draw with a meter at the battery when you perform this diagnosis... otherwise you'll never know if pulling that fuse had an effect on the draw. That said.. more times than not draw problems are traced back to a bad rectifier bank in the Alternator.
