is the EVO 8 really one of the best performance cars?
is the EVO 8 really one of the best performance cars for a lower price? ive heard and seen it up against a lamborghini murcielago and its handling in amazing! at 0-60 in 3.3sec this could really be the greatest cheaper performing car out there! if u dont think so plzz feel free to let me know of a better. = )

0-60 in 3.3 until the clutch or trans takes a dump. It is a nice car but you can't abuse it and expect it to hold up. Also, for a daily driver they kinda suck. Suspension is harsh, no cruise and while it is fairly tame when you aren't into the gas, it is pretty jittery. The seats are comfortable for an hour max. Not to mention Brembo brakes - expensive, tires - expensive, maintenance - expensive. If you get it for an weekend bruiser, you will love it. If you get it as a daily driver, you will get annoyed with it really quickly. As a daily driver, it is like having a wet cheetah on a leash.
