Cavalier rims
I have a 1996 cavalier 2dr would a set of 205 75 r15 tires fit under the car and the wheel wells without rubbing

No, 195/75/14s are just about the biggest you should go, they come 1/2" from rubbing when the wheels are turned. Probably come really close to rubbing on bumps. 205/75/15 have about a 1" bigger diameter than 195/75/14.
