2002 ford focus sedan - driver's seat wiring

So - the frame on my driver's seat broke a while back - and I finally got it fixed - unfortunately it seems the seat I got does not match the wiring in the car - I am getting a constant alert for the airbag and seatbelt (doesn't have airbag as far as I know - and getting seatbelt alert even with seatbelt fastened)

I think I see the problem - it would appear that the wires in the plug do not match up with the seat - just wondering if there is an easy way to fix this...

thanks!
