1989 Vw Jetta gas comming out cylenders

Can someon plaease help me? why wouls there be gas comming out of the cylenders. Its a stick shift and gas!

You will have to explain with more detail. Do you mean there is gasoline, or the smell of it, coming from the tailpipe? There isnt any place for gasoline to come out and be visible from the cylinders, unless the spark plugs are loose. Its possible for gasoline to be leaking in a couple of places under the hood of the car, though it would be rare. For example from one of the fuel lines under the hood (the fuel is under pressure when the engine is running) or around the joint where the fuel injectors go into the intake manifold. It could be leaking from the places where the fuel lines connect to the fuel filter - though I dont know where the fuel filter is on your car. My Jetta is a 1980, so would have many differences under the hood, but there would be a lot of basics that were the same too.
If fuel is leaking front those places, it would likely be under pressure, and would spray around - making it hard to see where it actually came from. And of course if there is gasoline sprayed around, its fairly explosive - so give it plenty of ventilation, dont cause any sparks until it has dried. Any form of spark must be avoided; like operating the ignition key to turn the starter on, or even opening and shutting a door (the switch for the dome light might cause a spark).

All the cylenders are filling up with gas, when you unhook the fuel injecter it stops. when we take spark plugs out thats when it sprays in the air.

I'm willing to bet (if it's a digifant fuel injected 1.8L) that the engine computer is shorted in the injector driver circuit. This holds the injectors wide open, filling the cylinders with fuel. Remove the computer (drivers side of the rain tray) unscrew the 5 or 6 (not sure on amount) of phillips head screws, slide the circuit board out and check the board near the harness connector side for a large burnt patch. You can't miss it if it is! Before you replace your computer, check the injector sub-harness at the injectors for heat damage, replace if necessary, and also check all of your engine grounds for damage/corrosion. Change your oil afterwards, it will be saturated with fuel and needs to be replaced. Hope this helps...
