99 sentra lost electrical accessories

I was removing the heat sheild in front of the exhaust manifold and I inaverdantly shorted out the wires to the 02 sensor. Now I have no wipers, tach, door chime, radio, wipers, heater fan and probably more. The car still runs and the headlight and tailights work.

Any ideas for problem solving?
