2002 ZX2 cranks but wont turn over after water pump

Hi guys and gals,

Got a dilemma. I installed a new water pump on my ZX2 with some help. Well my friend turn the crankshaft to rotate the water pump pulley so i can access it easier. It helped out real good. Was able to change it no problem. We install the serpentine belt back up, but not we're unable to turn the car on. Now the car is a ZX2 Zetec engine with DOHC. so the timing belt is separate from the water pump. It just started raining the temperature is falling and it suppose to snow in 2 days, need car running to pick up my 8 year old from school. Thanks guys in advance.

PS I check the spark plugs and the wires. Everything is good.
