Question Is It My Batter?

Ive had the battery recharges once and it keeps losing power..my horn sounds very weak, the key wont turn and my headights are very very dim. Im bout to go buy a new battery. Do you guys feel this is my problem?

..its either battery or alternator probably...battery's easier..so start with that.

it wont even start...i turn the key and nothing..my cd player odnt come on...nothing

Before you go out and spend $50, you may wanna get your alt tested, cuz although ur battery is probably going, you alt could be causing it and you dont wanna replace the battery then have that one go ker-plunk because of a bad alt. So if possible jump start your car and take it too a near by automotive place (very nearby), and have them test it. Of course, if it is your alt, you should definitley change both ur alt and ur battery, cuz thats probly gone now too.

I bought a new battery and it fired right up but Im still invest in a new alt.
