I was told this is the heater core feed hose.
This hose was just laying on top of the motor when it arrived. The motor is 98 GSR. It's about 12 inches long and about 3/4" diameter. ![]() The red cap is just to prevent water from getting inside the hose. The other side was NOT capped off so I am thinking that side went to the motor and the capped to somewhere on the chasis or a part that was not included. ![]() Here is a pic of the engine bay: ![]() I was told #1 goes to A in the picture What about the brass line with the red cap under the opening to the intake manifold? I need to figure out where the hose up top goes, thanks!

Strange, at first I was going to say that was your lower radiator
hose....the one that goes from the thermostat to the bottom of the radiator. But then I saw your engine bay picture, and it looks like you already have that hose. Maybe this is an extra? It almost looks identical to my lower hose. |

Under the place where the intake will go there is a copper line with a red cap on it. It's pretty small but it's there in the pic above. One side connects to that and the other runs to a hose on the firewall. On the firewall there are 2 hoses right next to each other. It connects to the one on the drivers side
