No taillights

I have a 1985 buick century it has all the sudden no taillights and all other lights work perfect just no parking lights any ideas would be greatly appreciated new light switch all wires look good . Baffled!!!

Re: No taillights

First check the fuse and make sure it didn't blow. The tails are on a separate fuse than the other lights. Also check the ground wire to the lights. I had a problem with a Chevy truck many years ago. All the lights worked except the tail lights. Found that the ground had broken away from the attachment point. Replaced the ground and the lights worked just fine. There should be a ground wire near the tail lights. Not sure of the exact location.
