Clicking noise in passenger side

Hey have any of yall experience a clicking noise when you go above around 40 or so on the front passenger side. It gets kinda annoying and i've checked everything possible and still can't find where the source of the sound is. If n e one of yall are experiencing the same problem please tell me. Thanks

font left noise..

That's a strange one if it only shows up over 40mph!! Does that wheel roll nice and smooth with the front end off the ground? It could be someting with that CV joint, or maybe someting in the bearing/hub assembly. Just for grins, I'd move that tire to the back to see if the noise follows. G/luck

I've checked the whole front axle already. and also it's not speed related, meaning it doesn't click faster if you go faster. So i don't think it's the axle related. I've heard people say that there's a flap on the passenger side that is real flimsy, but i dunt seem to find that. o well, i guess i'll have to live with the noise.

I have that same problem. Mine only makes the noise when it is cold out though. I believe that it is the roof rack, i can feel a little give in it too. The problem is that i cannot find how to tighten it. Hopefully thats all it is

Re: Clicking noise in passenger side

So many views with no real response...
It isn't the roof rack.
I had the same problem on my '98. It's the front sway bar. Take it into your local Goodyear or Les Schwab or whatever and they'll fix it. Cost me $75.
