99 park ave on 4th maf in last six months

title pretty much says it all my nieces park ave has gone through 4 air mass meters in the last six months i was just wondering if any one could tell me why or what to look at. The parts are from autozone and have all been covered under warrant but it is becoming a pain since she lives 12 hours away and her husband is getting ready to deploy to afganistan.

Most parts from AutoZone are junk and try a high quality parts store instead for one.Another thing to check is the wiring plug in and the wiring in the wiring harness for a broken wire.
