It's on the intake manifold, on the passengerside. It faces straight up/down.
If you look at the pic... it's just left of the cam gear right on top of the IM, evenly right above the fuel rail. Has 2 8mm bolts.

Thats if you have a 420a motor. On the 4g63 its on top of the intake manifold
