99 TC Heater Core- How tough really?

I need to replace mine and need manuals(I hate following directions ), and any help from you experts. For instance:
1- Do I need to evacuate the AC?
2- Does the whole dash need to come out?
3- " " front seat " " " "?
etc----

1-No
2-Yes or at least drop it, you're looking @ upwards of 6 hours(or more).
No help with manuals.
