1997 ws6, Blinker problem

whats up fellas, i got a 1997 ws6 and when i go to turn my blinkers on sometimes they work and sometimes not the right turn signal attends to be the one that does not want to work all the time. when i turn them on the light comes on my dash but does not blink, could this be a relay problem? or a burned out bulb?
