wiper motor removal

I need to know the easiest way to remove a wiper motor in a 97 wrangler. Also is there a way to repair them without replacing. it just stopped working

and of course, its raining

Any help is appreciated

Disconnect the top unbolt the rollcage and fold down the windshield. The easiest way is always sending it to a mechanic though.
