will a radio from a 2000 ram with a cd player interchange with a 98 ram with a cassette player

Check out the photos here. I'm trying to figure out if a AM/FM/Cass./6 CD from 2004 will take the place of a 2004 AM/FM/CD. I have the 2004 service manual and it won't say. One thing the SM does say is BE CAREFUL of the air bags when working in the dash. I wouldn't have thought of that.
