humming on wheels

i have just fitted some 19inch wheels on peugeot 307cc and i am getting a loud humming noise a 20mph .above 20 or below its hardly noticable , it seems to be coming from the front and i can feel it whilst touching the brake peddle, i have had to use spacers on the front wheels . ihave checked wheel bearing there fine .

im thinking that is something to do with tyres but it seems to loud like a jeep tyre noise

please help ????
