Relays behind the glove box

Does anyone know what the relays behind the glove box are for?

I know one is for the rear defrost and the other one looks like it is for the radio, but I would like to be sure.

The one I had in the rear defrost was burnt a bit and the defrost wouldn't work anymore so I switch them.

Now both works but I am not sure if that powers the amp in the trunk for the speakers (I have the Bose speakers) and maybe I am not getting all the current back to it.

thanks for the help

Re: Relays behind the glove box

It should be the retained accessory power relay (RAP) which has to work to get the radio. This is the relay that shuts off the radio when you remove the ignition key and exit the car. Energized or de-energized by the body control module (BCM).
