headlights
i have recently purchased a used intrepid 1998. One headlight seems to be brighter and shines farther up the road than the other one. Can the headlights be adjusted horizontally and/or vertically and how do I adjust them? I looked under the hood and it looks like there is a lot of stuff that needs to be removed just to get to the bulbs.
