88 t-bird 2.3l turbo coupe

My stabilizer bar bushings are shot. I've been doing some research but can not find the diameter of the bar so I can replace the bushings, the car is stock. There are a lot of diameters out there but I cant pinpoint the size. Anyone have any ideas? 1988 Thunderbird, 2.3L Turbo Coupe stock no modifications.

You'll have to buy a caliper to measure the sway bar. You don't need an expensive one for what you need to measure. Here is one that you can't go wrong with the price. http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...temnumber=7914
