please help a desperate female who's trying to do her own car maintenance..i'm trying to check the fluids on my car..oil/brake/power steering etc...i've checked them all and they are fine but i'm unable to locate the transmission dipstick to check the transmission fluid..can someone pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase help me and tell me where it's located at cause i'm still young and don't want to become bald from pulling my hair out..thanks all

Leave your hair follicles alone!! It should be a Black Dipstick located behind the engine between the engine and firewall. On your year it may be closer to the passenger side. Take a look and let us know if you find it!! MB

miamibob is right. Look behind the passenger valve cover area. It is just to the center and all the way back. Hi Bob

As already stated, it's at the back of the engine on the passenger side. The small black handle maybe difficult to see but you will find it there.

Unless someone has taken the dipstick and just the tube is there. Take a flashlight and look down in the dark behind the engine.
