I’m selling my 1998 Honda Civic EX 2-door coupe, 1.6L SOHC Vtech with manual transmission. It has 203’000 miles. The majority are highway miles (not stop and go). The car has been meticulously maintained, very clean in and out, is accident free and very dependable. The car is white with a gray interior, dual airbags, ice-cold A/C, 2-way alarm with engine disable, Pioneer CD player with 6 Infinity high fidelity speakers, limo dark tinted windows, cruise control, power everything and sunroof.
The car is lowered 1.3 inches using Goldline lowering springs. It is still high enough so it doesn’t scrape going over speed bumps and dips, but it has much better handling and improved cornering. The springs are made in the USA from the makers of Eibach springs, have progressive rate technology and carry a lifetime warranty. Car also has adjustable upper control arms (Skunk2), so it can be aligned with no problems. Alignment is all within specs. 16 inch Enkei wheels with 205/45/16 Toyo Proxes4 tires (50% thread left), cross drilled and slotted brake rotors with ceramic brake pads (about 60% left on pads).
Engine is in top condition, uses virtually no oil between oil changes. Has cold air intake with washable air filter and exhaust headers. Lots of new parts, mostly because of preventative maintenance: new radiator, Iridium spark plugs and wires, cap and rotor, alternator, PCV valve, fuel pressure regulator, O2 sensors, Honda OEM catalytic converter (2years old). Just had the fuel injectors ultra sonic cleaned and did a major tune-up. Has just passed smog. Tags valid until September 2010. Have maintenance log.
