2002 Camry Moon/Sunroof Fix

I just got my hands on this 2002 Camry and it has a couple of problems that I need help with. First, it has a moon/sunroof that is broke and out of alignment. Can someone advise me how to get to the motor so I can disconnect it. I am assuming that you get to it thru the overhead console but I can not figure out how to pull it down to get to the motor wires.
Second, where can I get replacement parts used or new (other then dealer)for another upper engine mount which is shaped like a dogbone.

For the information on the sunroof I would download the generation 5 Toyota factory service manual stickied at the top of this forum's home page. Here's the link:

For the dogbone engine mount I would try RockAuto.com. I have heard many people comment that they got good prices and reasonable shipping form them.
