Dodge minivan 1994 30 ltr.cigerette lighter fuses problem
 I HAVE TRIED TO FIND THIS FUSE 10 TIMES...I HAVE REPLACED THE ONE UNDER DRIVERS SIDE DASH..NO GOOD WITH THAT...IS THERE ONE UNDER THE HOOD TOO..OR ONE THAT IS LABELED DIFFERENTLY THAT IS ACTUALLY CIGARETTE LIGHTER FUSE TOOO???THANK YOU ALL...UNCLE DARRYL  IS THERE A FUSIBLE LINK THAT I CANNOT FIND???

Fuse #3 in the I/P fuse panel is the one your looking for. It also supplies power to the parking lamp relay and the horn relay. If those are working the fuse is not your problem. Maybe check for power at the fuse. If there is power there than check for power at the socket.
