2001 L200 Rear Control Arm Bushings

I have a 2001 L200 which needs new rear control arm bushings (knuckle side). I have the trailing arms off and am ready to press the bushigs out but am unsure of which way they come out. Do they push out towards the front or rear of the vehicle? Thanks
