blower resistor location
even with these detailed directions i cant find anything!
under the hood, on the evaporator housing, behind the accumulator. It should be between the fan, and the evaporator, and have a sorta square plug with 4 or 5 wires i think. Itll have 2 small screws holding it on. is it really that far behind the accumulator? thats the black cylinder for the a/c right? i cant seem to find anything. yet guys are posting how easy they are to change......... what am i missing here? on a 97 f-150 4.6L do i need to remove something to make it easier? |

Re: blower resistor location
Have you checked under the dash near the blower motor?

Re: blower resistor location
Look behind the glove box. They use the air flow from the blower motor to keep cool so they are typically mounted really close to them.
