91 Cavalier ECM Fuse

I need advice troubleshooting ECM fuse blowing. Disconnect ECM unit ??Disconnect Coil ?? If the coil - how do I validate the shorted component?

Sorry this has gone unanswered: you'll almost certainly find it's a short circuit there, .... the car won't start without the ECM running, or run in a wrong mode, ... what happens when the fuse burns out?
