Bowtie emblem glued or bolted?

My '89 Suburban Silverado is missing the bowtie emblem on the grille. It looks to have had one glued on....and the LMC catalog does not show any mounting hardware for it. What's the deal?

my 2000 the grille bowtie locks in with 2 tabs..one on each side....no screws..on the 89 it may have had 2 sided tape....
