Stock Sound System

Hi everyone, I am a new owner of a 2002 Mustang Gt Convertible( i use to own a cavalier). I wanted to find out some information about the stock sound system. As of now it sounds pretty good..does anyone know the watts of the sound system? Speaker size?
And do they sell a harness for an aftermarket head unit? Because I have a JVC KD-PDR80 Mobile headunit 200 watts and it's a really good one and I want that installed.

I was going to put Rockfords in the front door panels and Rockfords in the rear.Would these increase the way the car sounds now?Which speaker wattage is best?

Because my cavalier that I use to own..all the aftermarket stereo equipment that was installed..well the stock mustang sounds WAY better and I want to make sure when I install some aftermarket stuff I don't decrease the sound in my mustang.

Any help would be great. Thanks alot,
Christina
