2005 Stratus Interior Lights/Radio not Working

I recently was in the process of installing a new stereo, which I never did because the wiring harness I had was not the right one, so I put the old factory stereo back in. Now my interior lights, radio, and sunroof all do not work. My electronic lights and headlights only work when the car is turned on as well. I checked all the fuses in both fuse boxes, the one near the driver door and under the hood, and all seemed to be fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
