Old Goats go faster! (Part 2)
Rick called from VMP Saturday about 1. 10.82 @ 118! A "new best" ET for him. He said he was "on the brake" but "broke out" anyway... (:- GHe cut a .004 light but didn't "trust" himself at the end. The oither guy would have broke out BAD to beat him!
About an hour later, he called again! "Scratch that!" He "bought back in" and went a 10.73 @ 124.5! New bests for BOTH ET and MPH. Those old goats (car AND driver) are simply getting better with "age"!!!
'65 GTO ragtop, 440 cid, 4-speed manual, "pump gas", 3,650 lbs.
