01 Regal wipers
My car's wipers work very strange. They start to work on highest position only. From time to time they work on other positions too but only I start them on highest position. I do not know how understandable I explained but your advice will help.

Either the multifunction switch or an issue with the wiper control board. Needs to be troubleshot using a GM wiring diagram.
