All lights went out

I have a 93 pontiac grand am se. I turned the hazards on the other day to warn oncoming traffic of deer on the road. When I did, the hazards didn't even work but it also made it where my blinkers stopped working as well. Front and back......no blinkers at all. My brake lights stopped working at the same time too. The 3rd brake light in the window works but not the rear. Headlights and tail lights work, fuses checked all good when tested but I have no clue where to begin to fix the problem. Any suggestions?
