Need some wiring diagrams 2000 E350

Need some wiring diagrams for the 2001 E150. I need to figure out the wiring that go to the:

Wiper motor. There are 5 wires black with a pink stripe, green, yellow with a red stripe, blue with an orange stripe, and a white.

Radio harness there are 15 wires. I am assuming that the ones twisted together in two's are the speaker wires, which I could figure out through process of elimination. But that still leaves 7 wires to figure out. Any one got any info on this wiring?
