94 t/a doesnt want to start

okay when i first start the car i have to let it wheel over for a few seconds then let off the key and hit it again then it starts but then after it gets warmed up it wheels over really slow and im scared its gonna leave me stranded why is it doin that ? thanks

Once it starts, how does it run? It could be a bunch of different things...plugs, wires, fuel pump, fuel filter, injectors...etc.

runs fine ,if i stop for a little bit the temp will go to 210 ? it usually runs at about 180 tonight i had the heater on and it stayed cool and seemed to start better i dunno ? thought maybe timing ? imm lost this is my first car like this just gota figure out all the bugs cause i really like the car.
