Help I'm Going To Freeze

this morning when i started my 84 733i my heater didn't come on..then after i turn the dial off n on again it worked.NOW IT DON'T AGAIN..when it switched on, the interior lights dimed..as if it didn't have enough juice.(replaced all belts possablity could it be my altbelt not tight enough).now that i made it to work with frozen hands i'm stumped with a hvac problem...FUCK THiS shit...is it the blower itself or just a bad ground..all the climate control lights work, makes noises as if it getting power by flaPS OPENING N CLOSING.....NEED HELP BEFORE I FREEZE TO DEATH

You need to check that all of the relays work and that you have a good conection to the selector buttons and thumb wheels (clean / dielectric grease). Also check the small fuse between the glove box and the console , they can have bad conections when it is cold outside.
